Miniatures are made to order, if you have ANY questions about a model size or anything else, send us a message, we will check this with you.

Bases are never included unless the model is in one piece with it.

SHIPPING

CANADA and USA: All domestic packages will be shipped out via Post Canada. Tracking will be provided by email once your item ships out. Please note we are not responsible for custom duties! In the event your package is lost we will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier.

INTERNATIONAL:
Please note we are not responsible for custom duties!
International orders will also ship out via Post Canada but the basic shipping doesn't include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items with untracked shipping.
You have the option to have your order insured and tracked by Post Canada.
With upgraded shipping with tracking number in the event your package is lost we will arrange for a refund or replacement at your discretion, but will require you to comply with the requests of our insurance carrier. If you don't select the shipping with tracking option, we cannot guarantee your order, refund or exchange in case any problem during shipment may occur.

We’re a Canada based company. International orders may take 5-21 days to arrive after the date of dispatch. This is sometimes longer depending on the time of year.
